2010

Company Founded

Probabilistic Supply Chain Solutions LLC is established in Katy, Texas, with an initial focus on supply chain consulting for Gulf Coast energy and manufacturing companies.

2013

Asset-Based Operations Launched

We acquire our first owner-operated tractors and begin offering direct freight transportation, giving clients a vertically integrated logistics solution.

2016

National Carrier Network Established

PSC Solutions builds a vetted network of over 200 carrier partners, enabling full 48-state coverage on FTL, LTL, and specialized equipment.

2019

Technology Platform Upgrade

We implement a proprietary transportation management system (TMS) with real-time tracking, automated load tendering, and probabilistic delivery forecasting.

2022

Consulting Practice Expanded

Growing demand for supply chain resilience post-pandemic leads us to formally expand our consulting division, adding inventory optimization and risk modeling services.
