Class A CDL Driver — Dry Van OTR

Experienced OTR dry van drivers needed. Must hold valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of verifiable OTR experience, clean MVR, and current medical card. Consistent miles, competitive pay per mile, and full benefits.

Class A CDL Driver — Flatbed

Flatbed drivers with tarping experience and 3+ years of flatbed-specific OTR history. Cargo securement certification preferred. Loads include steel, building materials, and equipment throughout the South and Midwest.

Dispatcher / Load Planner

Experienced transportation dispatcher to manage daily driver assignments, load planning, and broker carrier coordination. TMS experience required. 2+ years dispatching Class A equipment preferred.

Supply Chain Analyst

Apply quantitative methods — demand forecasting, simulation, optimization — to client supply chain challenges. B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field required. Python or R experience strongly preferred.

Logistics Coordinator

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Manage freight bookings, track shipments, resolve exceptions, and build strong client relationships. 1–3 years in freight brokerage or 3PL coordination preferred.

Business Development Representative

Identify and develop new freight and consulting clients across Texas and the surrounding region. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and understanding of logistics fundamentals required. Commission-based upside on new business.
